2004 Vintage Brut Our vineyard's warm, north-facing slopes allowed us to navigate a clear path through the adversities of the season to produce an elegant and very youthful sparkling wine that has time on its side. A worthy follow-up to the 2003 Vintage Brut that topped Gourmet Traveller Wine's annual sparkling wine tasting in December 2010.
Recent releases NV Brut A visually attractive wine in the glass, displaying plenty of creamy mousse and tiny fine beads. The nose offers soft yeasty characters, with hints of elegant lemon and honey blossom.
2003 Vintage Brut
1998 Vintage Brut This Vintage Brut is richer than the 1995 Vintage Brut, and has more weight and flavour. This richness of fruit is evident in all wines from the warm 1998 vintage.
