NV Brut
A visually attractive wine in the glass, displaying, plenty of creamy mousse and tiny fine beads. The nose offers soft yeasty characters with hints of elegant lemon and honey blossom.
2003 Vintage Brut
2003 was a cooler year than other vintages. This is reflected in this wine's elegant, youthful and refined texture. Subtle toffee, nougat, honey almond and brown sugar make up the bouquet.
1998 Vintage Brut
1998 Vintage Brut is richer compared to the 95 Vintage Brut. This richness of fruit is
evident in all wines from the 1998 vintage. The 1998 Vintage Brut is not quite as
restrained as the 1995 Vintage Brut but has more weight and fruit flavour.
