Stefano Lubiana Wines boasts a modern, state-of-the-art winery facility, capable of processing up to 300 tonnes during vintage.

In making his wines, Steve is always looking at new and innovative methods to extract maximum aroma, flavour and palate dimensions. He regularly experiments with yeasts (wild and/ or inoculated) and uses whole bunch and barrel fermentations where appropriate.

Our winery incorporates a temperature and humidity controlled barrel hall to prevent unwanted fluctuations during varied seasonal conditions.

Used in conjunction with our TankNET hardware and software, this cutting edge technology enables us to carefully monitor and regulate all fermentation temperatures, thus allowing better management of the processes and fully optimising our wine quality.

As part of the winery, a Cellar Door tasting and sales facility operates five days a week. It is open from Sunday to Thursday inclusive, 11am-3pm.

There is no charge for tastings.
