Our 2019 Riesling displays beautiful floral and fresh fruit notes on the nose while the palate is crisp green apple followed by subtle fruit sweetness on the mid palate with potpourri on the finish.
Tasmania’s ultra-cool climate is perfect for making Riesling wines with finesse and distinction. Our winemaking philosophy takes full advantage of the perfectly balanced pristine fruit from the naturally cultivated vineyard. Minimal handling and whole bunch pressing together with the use of wild yeast fermentation in large format Austrian oak results in wines with the purest expression of their terroir.
