The 2015 Grande Vintage Brut is a 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. An epic wine with 10 years on lees, and disgorged in November 2025. The nose is seaspray, native flower honey, lemon custard, and buttered toasted brioche. There is a fine bead and delicate mousse. The palate backs up the nose and is further enlivened with roasted pecan, salted orange and lemon posset. Drinking beautifully now this wine can also benefit from further bottle ageing.

Geology: Mix of terroirs, grey gravelly loams over clay and red loam over gravel
