The Late Disgorged is a unique expression released in particularly good years, where Stefano can see the potential for long-term maturation and yeast development in the bottle. Made in a more tertiary character style with this time on lees compared to the Grande Vintage or Prestige.
 

Our Grande Vintage Bruts are produced in a manner that showcases the vintage they were grown in. Only made in exceptional vintages, they are drier, more refined and complex than our non-vintage brut.

Our Estate Pinot Noir comes from different blocks on our certfiifed biodynamic vineyard. The vines vary in age, majority ranging from 15 years old to 30 years old, with a few barrels from our close-planted block planted in 2019 plot high on the hillside of Granton.

Collina 2023 has plenty of fruit with grapefruit, mandarin peel, white nectarine and Coxin’s apple on the nose. The palate mirrors the fruit from the nose and introduces preserved lemon, flint and nougat. The acid is present throughout and dances through the creamy mouthfeel.
 

Our Sasso is finest pinot noir expression of our single vineyard blocks, made in the years when Bacchus smiles upon us.

Our new release Riesling is a beautifully balanced example of cool climate Riesling, it is a pure expression of terroir – crisp, incisive and dry. The texture is silky and rounded, this complexity coming from the wine’s 100% maturation in Austrian foudres.
