Wine Details

This method traditional sparkling wine is undeniably 100% Pinot Noir and has a fine bead and good
complexity and flavour.

Pale rose in colour the wine shows notes of florals with fresh red berries, and dried
cranberries. The time on lees provides a delicate hint of savoury notes such as brioche and cream.

The palate has mouth watering acidity, supple tannins and superb layering of flavour like shortbread, red apple skin, poached quince and strawberry. The balance of the finish is between being long and delicate.

Match this wine with oysters, wild salmon or drink it by itself as an aperitif!
