Our Estate Pinot Noir is always a wine that needs time to show its true colours. It is made for the long haul, with ample tannin and acidity, as well as, fruit density to last the distance. The nose has the aroma of violets and roses, with a strikingly intense palate of dark cherries and spicy oak.  The palate is one of fine tannin structure, that will mellow and continue to open and grow with intensity with time in the bottle.
