The 2024 Estate Chardonnay comes off 2 blocks within 500m of each other at our estate single vineyard. There are stone and citrus fruits with alluring notes of hazelnut, crème brûlée, mazipan and chalky minerality. The palate is complex and round, creaminess and a full mouthfeel are due to the 100% malolactic fermentation in 228L French oak barriques 20% new.
