Our 2024 Malvasia is handsome on the nose displaying notes of elderflower, fuji apple, bosc pear, musk, marmalade, and aromas of freshly cut herbs such as thyme and oregano. The palate is rich and concentrated with a fine line of acidity. Honey, orange peel and green papaya flesh out the palate while soft well rounded tannins that gives a long and interesting finish. This wine has an amazing textural grip from the skin contact, an experimental style but with the balance and body required to round out the palate.
