Our 2024 Riesling has fragrant floral aromas of chamomile and elderberry which leap out of the glass. The palate features lemon, lemon balm and crushed rocks presenting a distinctly mineral character. The texture is silky and rounded, this complexity coming from the wine’s 100% maturation in Austrian oak foudres.
