1 x  NV Brut Reserve - a dreamy sparkling wine that will be enjoyed by all, soft and luxurious on the palate. The nose features apple skin. fresh almond meal and white necterine. There is a fine bead and ample acid, the palate finishes dry.

1 x 2013 Late Disgorged - Disgorged after 11 years with a dosage crafted from our in-house brandy. A 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Rich notes of charred lemon, salted caramel, honeycomb and roasted hazelnut meal. There is a fine bead and delectable mousse. The palate has roasted pecan, butterscotch and freshly baked croissant.

1 x 2024 Amphora Malvasia Istriana Chardonnay - A special ‘amber, orange, skinsy’, white wine made from 84% Malvasia Istriana and 16% Chardonnay with family heritage. The nose is perfumed and savoury featuring ginger, salted apple and apricot. On the palate there’s delicious texture and presence. 

1 x 2015 'Estate' Chardonnay (museum) - A cellared chardonnay sure to impress your guests. The nose features white peach, white currants and estuary. The palate is deliciously rich with rockmelon, orange cake, honeyed fruit and complimentary acidity for a 10 year matured wine.

1 x 2023 Marco Lubiana Pinot Noir - Perfectly paired with spiced duck or roast pork our son Marco's pinot noir is bright with raspberry, red cherry and wild strawberry. The palate is harmonious with more tertiary notes a very composed flow, fine acidity and subtle chalky tannins.

1 x 2022 'Chicane' Merlot Malbec - Perfectly paired with your main meal at Christmas, a Bordelaise blend of 63% Merlot and 37% Malbec. This wine has great velvety tannin, precision and buoyancy on the palate. This is wine has extraordinary depth and silkiness.
