In celebration of the wonderful variety, we have a 6-pack of some of our favourite chardonnays. This pack includes our current release chardonnay, and the museum counterpart from one of the all time great vintages - 2012. The 2012 growing season was cool with a drier than average winter and spring, a dry, warm consistent summer followed resulting in chardonnay with good concentration of flavour. 

This 'diamond' 6-pack Chardonnay offer contains:-

1 x 2022 'Collina' Chardonnay current release - 2022 has an aroma of lemon, honeyblossom with fresh orchard fruits including white peach, nectarine and nashi pear. The palate mirrors the fruit from the nose and introduces richer tones of lemon curd, mandarin peel and crème brûlée.

1 x 2012 'Collina' Chardonnay museum release - a pronounced nose with a concerntrated core of scorched lemon, The palate has impressive weight, the acid and minerality are still in check with the crème brûlée and baked lemon . A class above - and expectedly so being the top 'carate' - the 2012 Collina maintains its freshness and could keep aging further.

1 x 2023 'Estate' Chardonnay current release - a nose of meyer lemon, nectarine and orange blossom with a hint of honey nougat. The palate is concentrated with a core of lemon, the wine is powerful, and lean with minerality and freshness.

1 x 2012 'Estate' Chardonnay museum release - stone fruits feature on the nose with apricot and peach, it tastes very fresh considering it has been aged in our cool cellar for 12 years. There is great structure and length, the wine is very moreish. Enjoy this wine in the next year or two, be sure to decanter for the most enjoyment.

1 x 2024 'Primavera' Chardonnay current release - an aromatic nose of white nectarine, meyer lemon and sea spray with subtle white flowers. The palate is concentrated and poised with muted pineapple, citrus custard and almond tart.

1 x 2012 'Primavera' Chardonnay museum release - the 2012 Primavera is a classic of an older style cool-climate chardonnay with a slightly reductive nose featuring comté and native honeycomb. The palate has attractive notes of leatherwood honey, yellow apple and lemon curd. This wine is ready to drink now!
