1 x 2017 Blanc de Blancs (Pre-Release) - 2017 has been one of our favourite vintages of chardonnay in recent years, and for this chardonnay sparkling it is no different. This Blanc de Blancs delights with lemon, honeysuckle and an underlying buttered croissant, all the while having a fine bead and long finish.

1 x 2010 Primavera Chardonnay (Museum Release) - 2010 was the first year of biodynamics here at our vineyard. We tasting this as part of a degustation dinner at Mures Tasmania. There is a palate of white peach, apricot and musk, this elegance backs up the floral aromatics showcased in this perfectly cellared Museum wine.

1 x 2024 Riesling - Pairing wonderfully with Sashimi or Spiced dishes. This fragrant floral Riesling has a palate of lemon, touch of phenolics and a distinctly mineral character. The texture is silky and rounded, this complexity coming from the wine’s 100% maturation in Austrian oak foudres.

1 x 2023 Deep Valley Huon Pinot Noir - Deep Valley is a collaboration between father and son, Steve as founder and Marco as the future of Stefano Lubiana Wines . An award winning wine from our Huon Valley vineyard, this Pinot Noir is full of red fruits such as raspberry, cherries and hints of rhubarb and spice.

1 x 2024 Estate Pinot Noir - A jewel in the crown, recently winning best Australian Pinot Noir at the International Wine Challenge. The wine leaps out of the glass with attractive damson plum, dark cherry and dried strawberry. The finish is long and savoury with fine grained tannins. 

1 x 2023 Ruscello Single Block Pinot Noir - One of Stefano's favourite Single Blocks the Ruscello, showcases our style and site expression from nearly 30 year old vines. This wine is layered with supple red fruits, bright acidity and chalky tannins.
