Grappa is the Italian word for grape spirit. Here at Stefano Lubiana we have been in house distilling since 2018 with our Arnold Holstein Still that boasts ‘craftsmanship that you can see & taste’. This Still together with Steve’s outstanding blending abilities has created a polished range of highly perfumed digestives including Grape Grappa, Quince Grappa, Amaro and Noccino. Steve is continually working on ‘secret’ recipes that may come to fruition in the near future. Production is tiny as we are mostly distilling wine, with some skins and lees ensuring the pallet profile and mouth feel enjoyment is effortless and luxurious.
