2 x 2023 Riesling (Fumé) - Pretty nose of frangipani, jasmine and lemon rind. Green apple, passionfruit and pomelo grapefruit feature on both nose and palate. We would recommend pairing this wine with Japanese tempura vegetables and yakitori.

1 x 2013 Riesling (Fumé) - This was the first fumé-style (100% large format oak) Riesling we produced. From this oak influence, the wine has more texture, and the acid has softened. A pretty nose of orange blossom, grilled lemon and crushed rocks. The palate matches the nose and is married with nectarine, lemon curd and creamed passionfruit. Pair with a white fish with beurre blanc sauce.

1 x 2013 Riesling - Our first year of full biodynamic certification, we had low yields in 2013 which resulted in more concentrated fruit. We find passionfruit, red grapefruit and lactic acid on the palate with a generous and textural length. Serve with spiced calamari.

1 x 2012 Riesling - Granny Smith apple and honey nose, opening to a generous palate of lemon curd, lemon balm, and minerality. There is pronounced acid, meaning this wine can still be aged further. Try this with grilled seafood.

1 x 2011 Riesling - 2011 was the coolest vintage on record. Delicate nose with leatherwood honey and yellow nectarine, backed up by a well-rounded palate of lemon custard, William pear and finishing with wonderful acid. Enjoy as an aperitif with Tasmanian oysters.
